Yes, there are certain risks — and that is exactly why safety is our top priority. A psychedelic journey can be very intense: old emotions, hidden memories, or stressful issues can come to the surface. Some people experience physical side effects such as nausea, intense feelings of heat or cold, or circulatory fluctuations. Such processes are a natural part of the experience, but can feel challenging in the moment. But that doesn't mean you need to be afraid — on the contrary. Our retreat is designed so that you can let yourself go completely. You will be accompanied by a qualified team of experienced facilitators, spiritual guides, and trained safety staff. They are all specialized in guiding you safely through your journey — whether on an emotional, psychological, or physical level. We take time for you well in advance: in intensive preparatory discussions, we clarify your personal situation so that we know exactly what you need to feel safe. During the ceremonies, we maintain a protected space where you can open up with trust. And after your experience, we don't leave you alone — we also accompany you through the integration process, so that your insights can become lasting changes in your life. Our task is to give you the sense of security and trust you need. So that you can let go, dive into your depths, and emerge with clarity, love, and new strength.
Your well-being is our top priority. If you feel uncomfortable during the retreat or experience, please do not hesitate to let one of our coaches or guides know immediately. We are here to support you and ensure that you feel comfortable and safe in the environment. There are various ways we can help you, whether through conversation, adjustments to the setting, or other supportive measures. Your safety and well-being are our top priority.
No. Research literature shows: LSD derivatives are considered non-toxic, non-addictive, and do not damage the brain. In a professional context, many participants report profound transformation from a single experience. Risks arise primarily from lack of preparation, unsafe settings, or pre-existing mental health conditions. Crucial factors are set (mental preparation), setting (safe space with professional guidance), and proper framing. In our retreat: Thorough eligibility assessment, intensive preparation, professional 24/7 guidance, and structured integration. Over 90% of our participants describe the experience as one of the most valuable of their lives.

Program & Experience
An LSD retreat with us covers three phases: preparation, the guided psychedelic experience, and integration. During the preparation phase (2-4 weeks before), we clarify your intention in personal coaching sessions. On-site, you experience a professionally guided psychedelic ceremony with LSD derivatives in a safe environment, alongside meditation, breathwork, yoga, and group sharing. The guided psychedelic experience lasts 8-12 hours, with experienced facilitators by your side throughout. In the weeks after, we support you with integration coaching so your insights take root in everyday life.
We provide a comprehensive preparation guide that includes nutritional recommendations, meditation practices, journaling exercises, and intention setting. Mandatory pre-retreat consultations ensure that you are fully prepared.
The retreat price covers everything you need for a safe psychedelic experience: accommodation (single or double room), all meals from regional cuisine, lab-tested LSD derivatives, professional 24/7 guidance, preparation coaching (1:1 and group, online and on-site), and 3 weeks of post-retreat integration support. In total, our program includes about two months of active support. Unlike many providers, we charge no extra for coaching, materials, or integration. Only your travel to the Bavarian Prealps is organized by you.
We cooperate with beautiful retreat centers in the Bavarian Prealps, which offer comfortable private (or shared rooms on request), organic meals, meditation rooms, and areas for relaxation and integration.
Start preparing 2 to 4 weeks before your retreat: meditation, healthy nutrition, sufficient sleep. We guide you through a structured preparation process including intention setting, health questionnaire, and information materials. Clarify any open questions or concerns with us in advance. The clearer your intention and the better your physical and mental condition, the deeper the experience can work.
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, personal care items, and a journal or notebook to record your experiences. It is also important to bring an open and curious attitude to get the most out of the experience. You will receive detailed information from us during the preparation period.
Our retreats are designed for small groups to ensure personalized attention and a supportive community atmosphere. The exact number of participants can vary depending on the specific retreat, but we typically accommodate between 6 to 8 participants. This allows for meaningful interactions and connections while ensuring that each participant receives the individual support they need.
We keep our groups small to ensure individual attention and safety. Limitless Retreats have a maximum of 6–8 participants.
You receive unlimited access to the course for as long as it remains available. All content is accessible to you with no expiration date.
No. The course is designed so you can start with zero prior knowledge. At the same time, the deep dives and research contexts offer valuable new perspectives even for experienced individuals.
Absolutely. The knowledge in this course is valuable regardless of whether you visit a retreat with us or not. It's about solid education, not sales.

Compared to truffle retreats in the Netherlands (often €1,500-€3,000), you get German-speaking facilitation, shorter travel, and a 2-month support program included.
Currently not. Psychedelic retreat work is not recognized as medical treatment in Germany. You bear the costs yourself. Medium-term (when approvals occur) this could change.
Start by scheduling an initial consultation. After filling out your eligibility questionnaire, we will guide you through the eligibility process, and once you are approved, we will help you choose the best retreat and dates for your needs.
We work in the beautiful Bavarian Prealps, which offers a legal framework for psychedelic retreats. We provide detailed travel information and assist you with arrangements once you have successfully passed our eligibility process.
We recommend registering as early as possible to secure your place in the retreat. Ideally, you should register at least 4-6 weeks before the retreat date. This gives you enough time to prepare and go through all the necessary steps.
During the retreat days, we recommend turning off your cell phone or leaving it in airplane mode so you can fully immerse yourself in the experience. Wi-Fi is available on site, but we encourage you to leave the digital world behind for the duration of the retreat and focus on yourself and the community.
Yes, we offer both vegetarian and vegan meals during the retreat. Our kitchen places great emphasis on fresh, healthy, and nutritious ingredients to provide your body with optimal support. Please inform us in advance of any special dietary requirements or allergies so that we can plan accordingly.
Yes. Our free microdosing course covers the basics of dosing, protocols, and integration. The Introduction retreat costs significantly less than the Deepening program. Group models further reduce the price per participant. This way, you can find the entry point that fits your budget.
Integration & Growth
A Limitless Retreats can help you gain deeper insights into your life, resolve emotional blockages, and promote your personal development. Through the combination of psychedelic experiences, professional guidance, and a supportive community, you can bring about transformative changes in your life. Many participants report that challenges become easier to navigate. New perspectives emerge, and a sense of lightness, freedom, and meaning can unfold. Many of our participants describe lasting positive changes in their lives.
Sometimes the path to ourselves lies in a gentle journey inward. A method that is both ancient and new can be helpful here — a method that has been somewhat forgotten in recent decades: the mindful work with psychedelics in a safe, professional setting. Many people experience how inner blockages can be gently released, how deeper insights arise, and how new paths to more well-being and authentic happiness open up.
We offer a 3-week integration support, including 1:1 coaching calls, individual check-ins, resources for continuous growth, and access to our online community of former retreat participants. Additional integration coaching can be booked if needed.
After your retreat, we support you over 3 weeks with structured aftercare — integration coaching, meditations, resources, and tools. Integration is the process of transferring insights from the psychedelic experience into your daily life. Without it, insights fade quickly. Our support also includes community access and, if needed, referrals to professionals trained in psychedelic integration.
Understanding, processing, and integrating the experiences during a retreat are crucial for long-term benefits. Psychedelic experiences can be intense and transformative, and it is important to place these experiences in the context of one's own life. By processing and integrating the experiences, you can gain valuable insights that lead to personal growth and transformation. We support you intensively during and after the retreat in this process.
The integration of experiences after a retreat is an important step to transfer the insights gained into everyday life. We recommend regular reflection, e.g., through journaling or conversations with trusted people. Participation in integration groups or offers can also be helpful. We are also available for questions and support after the retreat.
We aim to strike a balance between the scientific and the spiritual. Our approach to guiding such experiences comes from years of formal training, the latest scientific research, as well as personal experience. We aim to help you expand your human potential. We believe in you. You may be feeling lonely, disconnected, or lost - sometimes these are signs that it's time for change. No matter what you are going through, we believe in every person's intrinsic ability to transform. At times, a catalyst is needed to access your transformation or breakthrough in your journey. Our retreat may be the catalyst you need.
First insights often during the session itself. Measurable changes (mood, anxiety, behavior) in studies often after 1-4 weeks. Long-term effects depend heavily on integration. Some report immediate breakthroughs, others need months. Psychedelics are not a miracle solution – but often a catalyst.
Voluntariness and openness: Your decision for a psychedelic retreat or coaching should arise from conviction and inner readiness. Doubts and fears are completely normal — just like before an exam, the first car ride, or the first kiss. But only overcoming uncertainties enables new, enriching experiences. Your first step: Let's find out together in a personal conversation whether Limitless Retreats is right for you. Feel free to gather information beforehand and exchange ideas with people who have already experienced similar journeys. Our team is always at your disposal: we will answer your questions, provide you with useful materials, and put you in touch with former participants so that you feel well prepared. We look forward to hearing from you and accompanying you on your way.
Psychedelic Science
Psychedelics are substances that alter perception, mood, and cognition. These include psilocybin (in magic mushrooms and truffles), DMT, mescaline, and LSD. They have been used for centuries across cultures for spiritual and ritual purposes. According to current research, psychedelics are considered non-toxic and non-addictive. In Germany, we work with LSD derivatives that are currently not scheduled under the BtMG (Narcotics Act).
Perception opens up with unusual intensity: shapes and colors glow, sounds and smells seem stronger, touches feel different. Thinking also changes — time stretches, thoughts become deeper, the focus on inner processes sharpens. During and after the journey, we are often accompanied by a feeling of euphoria, happiness, and contentment that sometimes lasts for a long time. Our creativity and our networked thinking increase noticeably, which opens up new perspectives in everyday life. A deep connection with other people, nature, and a greater reality often arises. This can lead to intense self-knowledge and even spiritual or mystical experiences. Many fears dissolve, and we gain new trust in ourselves and in life. Ultimately, a psychedelic experience is difficult to put into words — it is as if you have seen a world of millions of colors but only have a small paint box to describe it.
A psychedelic experience with LSD derivatives lasts 8 to 12 hours, with psilocybin 4 to 6 hours. Exact duration depends on dosage and individual response. At our retreats in Bavaria, we plan the entire day so you can fully experience the process without time pressure. Set and setting play a key role — in the right environment with professional guidance, you can fully surrender to the experience.
'Set' is your mental state — expectations, fears, intention. 'Setting' is the environment: space, people, music, lighting. Research suggests both influence the quality of the experience more than the dose itself. At our retreats in the Bavarian Alps, we deliberately design the setting: professional facilitators, protected spaces in nature, and an atmosphere that fosters trust and openness.
We avoid the term 'drugs' and prefer to speak of 'substances'. In contrast to addictive substances such as alcohol, nicotine, cocaine, or heroin, which primarily stimulate the dopamine or opioid system and have a stimulating or psychologically repressive effect, psychedelics act specifically on the serotonin system. They have no addictive potential and are physically and psychologically safe in a professional setting. Those who use psychedelics do not flee from themselves, but embark on a journey inward. In low to medium doses, processes with profound reflection and insights open up. In higher doses, psychedelic states can occur in which the usual perception is temporarily dissolved.
The use of psychedelics dates back to prehistoric times. Archaeological finds suggest that humans were already using psychoactive plants and substances for spiritual and medical purposes thousands of years ago. In many indigenous cultures, psychedelic plants such as peyote, ayahuasca, and psilocybin-containing mushrooms have been part of traditional rituals and healing practices for centuries.
The prohibition of psychedelics was based less on medical than on political motives: In the 1960s, many people opposed social norms, and substances like LSD supported this rebellion by opening their eyes to habitual patterns of thought and behavior. To curb these movements, psychedelics disappeared from public discourse and research for decades and were only consumed secretly. Today, psychedelics are experiencing a renaissance in research, science, and society — and are finding their way back to legal or decriminalized status in more and more countries (for example, in Portugal, the Netherlands, large parts of the USA, Brazil, Peru, Mexico, and Bolivia). This often results in complex legal situations: possession and consumption may be permitted, but sale may be illegal. In addition, some psychedelic derivatives — such as certain forms of LSD in Germany — are currently not scheduled under the Narcotics Act (BtMG), while other substances such as MDMA are only approved for clearly defined medical applications. At Limitless Retreats, we strictly adhere to applicable laws and conduct all coaching and retreats in accordance with the current legal framework.
Psychedelics exhibit remarkable effects: current studies are investigating their potential for various psychological challenges such as low mood, anxious states, addictive patterns, cluster headaches, and distressing experiences (research status). They can also indirectly alleviate physical complaints by increasing psychological well-being. A central principle of action is the development of an inner protective layer: similar to a 'thicker skin', psychedelics may help to face difficult topics emotionally strengthened and to overcome old patterns. The temporary dissolution of rigid thought patterns leads to increased neural networking, which inspires creativity and enables unconventional solutions in private and professional life — often far beyond the experience itself. Many people also report deep spiritual experiences, intense meaning-making, and an open access to feelings, which facilitates the processing of experiences. Body sensations are perceived more clearly, blocked energies — for example in the form of trembling or spontaneous movements — can be released and leave a long-lasting feeling of lightness. Some participants report that sexual blockages also dissolve and libido can increase. It is not uncommon to experience the dissolution of the 'ego': worries and self-doubt recede into the background, new perspectives open up, and a feeling of love, peace, and serenity sets in. This sustainable expansion of consciousness makes life more colorful, freer, and more fulfilling. Note: Psychedelic retreats do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. The described effects are based on experience reports and ongoing research.
Psychedelics exert their effect primarily via the serotonin system, which controls our well-being and satisfaction. They bind to 5-HT2A receptors — among other places in the cerebral cortex, which is responsible for thinking and perception. This increases neuronal activity: neurotransmitters such as serotonin, glutamate, and dopamine are increasingly released, which intensely changes feelings, sensory impressions, and the perception of time. It is particularly valuable that these experiences do not fade like dreams, but remain in the memory. Our thoughts leave familiar paths, which interrupts rumination and opens up new perspectives. At the same time, the increased neuroplasticity — i.e., the brain's ability to form new connections — promotes rethinking even in deadlocked situations. For people with low mood, this can be a relief, as difficult topics can be processed and new solutions can be found. In addition, the activity of the so-called default mode network, the brain network that forms our sense of self, is reduced. The result is a liberating letting go: you no longer take yourself so seriously, feel more relaxed, and more open to the world.
A change is on the horizon in consciousness research: the targeted use of psychedelics shows promising potential. We are convinced that psychedelics, as legalization progresses worldwide, will increasingly create positive impulses — for society, personal development, and mindfulness. In doing so, they open paths to greater awareness and to decisions that sustainably enrich life.
Yes, psychedelics have a promising future, especially in the field of personal development and well-being. More and more research results are investigating their potential for various psychological challenges. In addition, there is growing interest in psychedelic experiences as a means of personal development and spiritual growth. In many countries, the legal situation for psychedelics is becoming increasingly liberal, which facilitates access to these substances. At Limitless Retreats, we are committed to ensuring that psychedelics are used in a safe and supportive framework to use these substances safely and effectively.
LSD affects the psyche by dampening the Default Mode Network (DMN) – the brain area for self-referential thinking and fixed thought patterns. This allows negative thought loops to be broken. The substance increases neuroplasticity: the brain forms new connections, enabling more flexible thinking. In studies, LSD shows remarkable results. The effect strongly depends on set and setting. In a professional context, mostly positive effects emerge: perspective shifts, emotional opening, enhanced creativity. Many report long-term changes: more serenity, less anxiety, greater empathy. These can reflect real neurobiological changes through integration of the experience.
Microdosing means taking very small amounts of a psychedelic substance over weeks without noticeable changes in consciousness. A psychedelic retreat works with a full dose in a guided environment, enabling profound experiences in a few hours. Microdosing is suited for subtle everyday changes, while a retreat is designed for intensive personal breakthroughs. Our free microdosing course explains protocols, risks, and integration.
A truffle retreat is a guided program where participants take psilocybin-containing truffles (sclerotia). Truffle retreats mainly take place in the Netherlands, where psilocybin truffles are legal. Truffles contain the same active ingredient as magic mushrooms, but in naturally varying concentrations. At Limitless Retreats, we use LSD derivatives: dosing is more precise, the duration at 8-12 hours is longer, and the experience profile is more consistent. Both approaches have their merits.
A psilocybin retreat is a professionally guided program using psilocybin, the active compound found in magic mushrooms and truffles. Psilocybin retreats primarily take place in the Netherlands, Jamaica, and Costa Rica. The effects last 4-6 hours and can trigger deep emotional and spiritual experiences. At Limitless Retreats, we chose LSD derivatives because they offer more precise dosing and longer duration of effects.
Complementary Practices
A cacao ceremony is a spiritual ritual that has become increasingly popular in recent years. It has its roots in centuries-old traditions of the Incas and Mayans, who used raw, pure cacao as a sacred plant medicine. In a ceremonial setting, the cacao is prepared and drunk together to create a deeper connection to oneself, nature, and the community. It is not just about enjoying the cacao, but about a conscious ritual that promotes gratitude, mindfulness, and contemplation. Gratitude rituals, breathing exercises, or other spiritual practices are often incorporated to help open the heart, release inner blockages, and gain clarity. Cacao also contains substances such as serotonin, tryptophan, and anandamide, which can evoke feelings of warmth, joy, and lightness. Many participants describe the experience as heart-opening, connecting, and inspiring—sometimes so invigorating that you want to move or dance with energy. In short, a cacao ceremony is a conscious ritual with raw cacao that aims to bring the body, mind, and soul into harmony and intensify the connection to oneself and the environment.
Breathwork is a practice that focuses on consciously controlling and altering breathing in order to influence physical, emotional, and mental states. There are various techniques and styles of breathwork, each with different goals, such as relaxation, stress reduction, emotional release, or spiritual experiences. Through specific breathing patterns, blockages can be released, energies can be freed, and a deeper consciousness can be achieved. Breathwork is often used in therapeutic contexts, meditations, or spiritual rituals and can be practiced alone or in groups. Many people report positive effects such as increased clarity, emotional release, increased energy, and a feeling of connection with themselves and the world around them. It is a powerful method that has the potential to bring about profound changes in life.
Meditation is a practice that aims to calm the mind, focus attention, and develop deeper awareness. There are many different forms of meditation, including mindfulness meditation, concentration meditation, guided meditations, and transcendental meditation, to name a few. The practice of meditation can help reduce stress, improve emotional health, increase concentration, and promote a sense of inner peace and serenity. Regular meditation can also help strengthen self-awareness and create a deeper connection to oneself and the world around us. Meditation is often practiced as part of spiritual or religious traditions, but it can also be used independently as a tool for personal development and well-being. Many people integrate meditation into their daily lives to bring more mindfulness and presence into their lives.
Yoga is an ancient practice that brings the body, mind, and spirit into harmony. Originally from India, yoga encompasses a variety of techniques, including physical exercises (asanas), breath control (pranayama), meditation, and ethical lifestyles. The goal of yoga is to strengthen the connection between body and mind, promote well-being, and achieve a sense of inner peace and harmony. There are many different styles of yoga, from gentle, meditative practices such as Hatha and Yin Yoga to more dynamic forms such as Vinyasa and Ashtanga. Regardless of style, yoga offers numerous benefits, including improved flexibility, strength, balance, and stress reduction. Many people also report increased mental clarity and emotional balance through regular yoga practice. Yoga can be practiced by people of all ages and fitness levels and is often seen as a comprehensive approach to promoting health and well-being.
Journaling is the practice of regularly recording thoughts, feelings, experiences, and reflections in written form. It can take the form of a diary or notebook. Journaling serves as a tool for self-reflection, emotional processing, and personal development. Through writing, people can gain clarity about their thoughts and feelings, recognize patterns, and set goals. Journaling can also help reduce stress by providing a safe space to express worries and fears. There are various approaches to journaling, including free writing, guided questions, or structured exercises such as gratitude journals. Many people find journaling to be a creative and professional practice that helps them better understand themselves and live their lives more consciously.
Mindfulness is the practice of being present in the moment and observing your thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations without judgment. It is about living consciously and attentively, rather than being caught up in automatic reactions or distractions. Mindfulness can be cultivated through various techniques such as meditation, breathing exercises, or simple everyday practices. Regular mindfulness practice can help reduce stress, strengthen emotional resilience, and improve overall well-being. It also promotes a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you. Mindfulness is becoming increasingly important as a path to balance and serenity. It is often used in guided contexts to help people cope better with challenges and stress.
LSD Derivatives
LSD derivatives offer more precise dosing, longer duration, and a more consistent experience profile compared to psilocybin truffles. While psilocybin truffles have naturally varying concentrations, LSD derivatives can be dosed to the microgram. The 8-12 hour duration (vs. 4-6 hours for truffles) allows for deeper processes and more time for emotional processing. Truffle retreats are mainly held in the Netherlands, while our LSD retreats take place in Bavaria, with German-speaking facilitation and shorter travel for participants from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Both substances are considered safe, non-toxic, and non-addictive according to current research.
The acute effects last 8-12 hours. The afterglow lasts 1-3 days. Long-term, 67% of participants report sustained positive changes after 12 months.
No. According to scientific literature, LSD derivatives are considered neither physically nor psychologically addictive. Tolerance develops quickly, which makes regular use unattractive in any case.
Sometimes psychedelic journeys can bring challenging moments with anxiety, confusion, or temporary disorientation. To mitigate such experiences, we at Limitless Retreats place great emphasis on comprehensive preparation and a lovingly designed 'set and setting'. Caution is particularly advised in the case of pre-existing mental illnesses such as previous psychoses: psychedelics can reactivate latent tendencies, which is why a careful review of your health background is essential beforehand. Very rarely, short-term after-effects can occur, the so-called Hallucinogen Persisting Perception Disorder (HPPD). Then flash-like sensory changes occur, which are harmless and usually disappear on their own. Good aftercare and integration help to process these phases more easily. More intense 'bad trips' are also part of the spectrum of psychedelic experiences. Instead of fighting against difficult images, we encourage you to live through them mindfully: they often hide symbolic messages whose processing has a long-term positive effect. After every dark phase, the dawn follows — and even challenging experiences unfold their positive power. Occasionally, paranoia can occur: in such moments, we offer calming support and adjustment of conditions to restore a feeling of safety. We consider physical reactions such as nausea, increased pulse, or muscle twitching not only as harmless, but often as part of the cleansing process that releases mental tension and frees up energy. A critical risk factor is the uncontrolled combination of different substances, especially in unprofessional party settings. Without good preparation and expert guidance, interactions can produce unpredictable effects. That is why we always recommend a professional setting in a protected framework — with intensive preparation, experienced guidance, and structured integration.
We strongly advise against it. Set and setting are crucial for a safe and meaningful experience: professional guidance, a protected space, thorough preparation, and structured integration. Without these safety nets, the risk of difficult experiences increases significantly.
Unlike conventional approaches (daily over months), studies show that 1-2 professionally guided experiences can create lasting shifts. Typical research protocol: One intensive experience (8-12h), repeat after 2-4 weeks if needed. Follow-up after 6-12 months optional. Studies show: Johns Hopkins (2021) with 2 sessions: significant improvements over 12+ months. Imperial College London (2016): promising results after 3 months. Psychedelic experiences work not symptomatically but catalytically: increasing neuroplasticity, breaking entrenched thought patterns, enabling emotional processing. With us: One retreat with consciousness-expanding ceremony + 4 weeks integration. Important: Our retreats do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. Contraindications: psychosis, bipolar disorder, MAO inhibitors.
Hard to put into words – like explaining colors to someone born blind. Physically: tingling, energy waves, altered perception. Visually: intensified colors, geometric patterns, breathing surfaces. With closed eyes: complex inner visions. Emotionally: Everything feels more intense – from deep joy to cathartic sadness. Heart opening, compassion, honesty (emotions cannot be suppressed). Cognitively: altered time perception, creative thought jumps, sudden insights about one's life. Spiritually: sometimes ego dissolution, feeling of unity with everything. Course (8-12h): Onset (tingling), peak (most intense phase), plateau (integration), comedown (gentle return), afterglow (clarity). In a professionally guided setting: focus on inner processes, safely guided. Participants describe it as "clearest inner work session and deepest meditation simultaneously".
No, classic LSD cannot be prescribed in Germany (BtMG Schedule I). But: LSD derivatives that are currently not scheduled under the BtMG can be acquired and used in professionally guided settings – no prescription needed. Internationally: Switzerland allows LSD since 2014 in "compassionate use" cases. USA: Oregon/Colorado regulate psilocybin sessions (not LSD). FDA calls psilocybin "Breakthrough Therapy". Germany: Psilocybin regulation is being discussed in the context of international developments. MDMA's regulatory pathway became uncertain after the FDA's 2024 Complete Response Letter. With us: LSD derivatives (chemically similar, currently not scheduled under the BtMG), professional framework, eligibility assessment, professional guidance. Limitless Retreats offers a responsible path to psychedelic experiences.
The most important difference is dosing precision: LSD derivatives can be dosed to the microgram, while psilocybin truffles have natural variations. LSD lasts 8-12 hours (vs. 4-6 for truffles), allowing for deeper processes. Truffle retreats mainly take place in the Netherlands, while our LSD retreats are in Bavaria with German-speaking facilitation and shorter travel for participants from the DACH region. Legally, we work with LSD derivatives that are currently not scheduled under Germany's Narcotics Act.
Privacy & Trust
Absolutely. We adhere to strict confidentiality standards. All personal information and experiences shared during the retreats remain private and are protected by our privacy policy. Together with the other participants, we create a protected space where everyone is free to express themselves and to keep the statements of others to themselves.
Yes, our team remains sober throughout the entire experience. Our coaches and guides are fully present and focused on providing you with the best possible support. Their sobriety ensures that they can respond to your needs at all times and create a safe environment for your journey.
We create a professional framework that goes far beyond beautiful, protected places. The focus is on our empathetic guidance: every coach and guide brings many years of their own experience with psychedelics and can therefore respond to all processes during the expansion of consciousness with understanding and competence. Professional excellence is just as important to us — that's why we have very high standards for our team. Whatever our participants need, they get it. We place special emphasis on the personal integrity and maturity of our team: all guides have professionally processed their own issues, have solid life experience, and are firmly established in life — often with an entrepreneurial or self-employed background. This allows them to provide support in any situation. The close supervision ratio ensures that someone is always there for you. For thorough preparation, we use personal conversations, instructional videos, and a shared WhatsApp group. Retreats and coaching take place in a loving, protected environment outside of everyday life, so that you can fully engage with your inner processes. Before we begin, we create a familiar, relaxed atmosphere through open conversations, practical exercises, and joint meditation.
