Right of Withdrawal for Digital Course Content
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of contract conclusion.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Limitless Retreats OÜ, Pärnu mnt. 82, 10131 Tallinn, email: hello@limitlessretreats.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun providing the digital content after you have
1. expressly consented to us beginning the provision of digital content before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
2. confirmed your knowledge that by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of provision.
Provision begins at the moment you enter your personal activation code and unlock the course (§ 356 (5) BGB).
Psychedelic Retreats
For contracts regarding psychedelic retreats, there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g (2) No. 9 BGB, as these are services related to leisure activities for which the contract provides a specific date.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.
For the reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.
If you have requested that the provision of digital content begin before the end of the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of digital content already provided up to the point at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared to the total scope of content provided for in the contract.
