Abstract
This randomized clinical trial investigated psilocybin-assisted therapy for major depressive disorder. Results showed that 71% of participants demonstrated clinically significant response at 4-week follow-up, with 54% achieving remission, suggesting rapid and sustained antidepressant effects.
