Mystical-type experiences occasioned by psilocybin mediate the attribution of personal meaning and spiritual significance 14 months later

Abstract
This 14-month follow-up study showed that psilocybin-occasioned mystical experiences were associated with sustained positive changes in attitudes, mood, and behavior, with 67% of participants rating the experience as among the five most personally meaningful of their lives.
