A Note on Microdosing

Similar to larger doses of psychedelics, microdosing may not be suitable for everyone. However, by following best practices, you can determine if it is right for you. It is essential to have the right support, especially if you have a diagnosed mental health condition or are taking medications that may interact with psychedelics. If you feel you need personalized support, we recommend contacting us.

This course is designed to guide you through the microdosing process. If you watch all the videos, read the materials, and take the time to journal your responses to our prompts, we are confident that you will gain valuable insights, whether you are new to microdosing or have been practicing for years. Remember, the most common mistake people make with microdosing is impatience—giving up too soon. Like any lifestyle change, such as exercising, waking up earlier, or adjusting your diet, it takes time to discover what works best for you. Every individual is different, so it is important to stick with a particular protocol, dose, or substance long enough to truly assess its effects before making changes. Consistency and journaling are key to noticing what is making a difference. We provide the tools, but it is up to you to use them to achieve success.
